Travel Vaccinations

You are advised to speak to a member of our reception team as early as possible and at least 3 months before you travel.

They will then send you a link to complete a travel questionnaire and book you an appointment 8 weeks prior to travel. The questionnaire must be completed as soon as possible and returned no later than 5 working days of receipt (Monday to Friday) so that the nurse can review the form.

If you do not complete the form in the time frame, your appointment will be cancelled, we will not contact you to remind you.

Please be advised that we have a limited number of available appointments on the NHS and there can be a wait to book. If you do not contact us in time, you will be advised to get your vaccinations elsewhere.

We strongly advise that you review which vaccinations you need by checking the website links below prior to contacting us.

If you only require private vaccinations, you will be advised to attend a local pharmacy where you will need to pay for the vaccinations.
